The Pasqualetti's wine estate is from generations linked to the culture of the territory, particularly to viticulture.
Giuseppe Pasqualetti, owner of the farm, decided to grow high quality grapes through accurate techniques. A careful pruning reduces to a few buds the tendrils and a precise choice of the harvest time gives this wine, with the typical characteristics of its area, a high quality structure. Then the aging in bottle gives it a particular importance and complexity.
Many awards and certificates have been received by the winery as " i due bicchieri" in the "Italian wine guide 2004" and the first prize "Pisano più schietto 2003" that the Pasqualetti's estate has won with its wine "Chianti Colline Pisane".
During the year the winery organizes, only by reservatation, guided tours of the farm and vineyards with wine tasting short courses.
Nearby the guests can see the best tourist sights such as Volterra, Florence, Pisaa and Casciana Terme, famous for its Spa and thermal water of 36 degrees, rich in mineral salts and other precious substances for the body care.
